Yes. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the activity and receive a full refund.
If you need to cancel less than 24 hours before the activity, we will do our best to arrange a new date whenever possible. However, we cannot guarantee availability on short notice, and refunds are not guaranteed for late cancellations.

Absolutely. Most of our experiences are designed to be accessible and enjoyable for people of all experience levels, including complete beginners. Many of our activities are also suitable for families with children. Please check the activity description or contact us if you are unsure whether a particular activity is right for you.
