Reindeer farm visit in Oulu

Visit a traditional reindeer farm near Oulu and experience an important part of northern culture. Meet the reindeer, learn about reindeer herding, and discover local traditions from the people who work closely with these iconic northern animals.

After pickup in Oulu, we travel to a local reindeer farm where you'll have the opportunity to feed the reindeer and learn about daily life on the farm. Your guide will share stories about the history of reindeer herding, Sámi and northern traditions, and the role reindeer continue to play in the region today.

The visit at the farm lasts approximately two hours, giving you plenty of time to interact with the animals, ask questions, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The total duration of the experience is around four hours, including transportation.

We'll enjoy a hot drink and a light snack during the visit, and throughout the tour we'll capture photographs so you can focus on the experience and take home lasting memories.
