Guided Kayak Tour in Oulu

Oulu is more than a city, suburbs and the sea. Just beyond the urban area, the landscape changes into quiet forests, small lakes and peaceful northern wilderness.

This guided kayaking experience takes you away from the usual city coastline and into a more remote part of the Oulu region. After pickup in Oulu, we travel to a secluded lake surrounded by forest, where calm water and natural silence create a completely different atmosphere.

The kayaking portion lasts around two hours. The relaxed pace gives you time to enjoy the scenery, observe wildlife and experience the stillness of Finnish nature without crowds or busy paddling routes.

Before entering the water, your guide will provide all necessary equipment and a short safety briefing. No previous kayaking experience is required, making the activity suitable for beginners and first-time paddlers.

The total duration is approximately 3–4 hours, including transportation from Oulu. Tour photos are included, so you can focus on the experience while your guide captures the memories.
